At Aurora International School Of The Arts (AURORA), our tuition fees reflect the holistic education we provide, which fosters a lifetime love of learning and balances learning journeys and experiences, children’s growth and wellbeing. The Tuition Fee includes all meals per day, learning materials, project arts materials, books, stationery, curriculum-related field trips, cultural celebrations, and school festivals as a part of the learning journey.

MEALS
All meals are included in the tuition fee as follows:
• Full Day Tuition: breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea
• Half Day Tuition (Preschool only): breakfast and lunch
UNIFORM
The tuition fee includes two sets of uniforms upon enrolment. Each child will also receive a backpack, hat, and a laundry bag for wet or soiled clothes. If you would like to purchase more items for your child, please contact the school office. The uniform is compulsory for Preschool and Primary children from Monday to Thursday, on special occasions, and on class excursions.
STATIONERY & LEARNING RESOURCE FEE
The stationery fee is an annual fee included in the tuition total and is applicable for all children. This fee covers children’s stationery, learning resources, and art supplies for investigating projects, learning journeys, software, applications and Storypark’s account for nursery and preschool and Toddle account for primary and middle school.
LEARNING CELEBRATIONS
The tuition fee includes all school celebrations, parties, field trips, and workshops during the scholastic year.
ADMISSION FEE
• 25,000,000 VND for Nursery & Preschool classes
• 28,000,000 VND for Primary and Middle classes (Prep Classes to Grade 7)
The Admission Fee is payable when a child’s enrolment has been accepted and the enrolment date is confirmed.
The Admission Fee is a one-time payment for one registration and guarantees a place for the child. The Admission Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable in all circumstances. The Administration Fee is separated from the Deposit.

An Annual Development Fee per child is payable upon enrolment from the second academic year. The Annual Development Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Nursery & Preschool: 10,000,000 VND
• Primary & Middle school: 12,000,000 VND
ACCEPTANCE DEPOSIT - for Admission process
The Acceptance Deposit of 15,000,000 VND per child is required as a security deposit to secure the child’s placement. The Deposit is deducted from and applied against the tuition fee payment; however, it is non-refundable in case of withdrawal.
PLACEMENT DEPOSIT - for the following academic year
In order to secure your child’s space, a Placement Deposit of 18,000,000 VND is required to be paid in full by 29 February 2024. This deposit amount will be deducted from your first fee installment for the academic year 2024 -2025. This deposit is non-refundable if you withdraw your child from the school year 2024 - 2025. Failure to meet the Placement Deposit requirement deadline will result in your child being re-enrolled as a new child and incurring a re-enrolment in addition to the annual fee.
RE-ENROLMENT
A re-enrolment fee of 20,000,000 VND will apply for a learner wishing to re-enroll after a withdrawal period or after a personal absence no longer than 11 weeks.
PROMOTION PROGRAMS
Note: Only one discount at the highest percentage will be applied if eligible. Combinations of discounts do not apply.
Appreciation Program
Aurora appreciates the continued enrolment of children and applies the following appreciation discounts:
• 1% discount on tuition fees after a continuous enrolment period of two years
• 2% discount on tuition fees after a continuous enrolment period of three years
• 3% discount on tuition fees after a continuous enrolment period of four years
• 4% discount on tuition fees after a continuous enrolment period of five years
• 5% discount on tuition fees after a continuous enrolment period of six years
Discounts apply from the anniversary date of enrolment and are applied to continuous enrolments only. If a child withdraws and re-enrolls, the appreciation discount period will apply from the re-enrolment date.
FAMILY DISCOUNTS
• 6% discount on the tuition fee for the second child.
• 12% discount on the tuition fee for the third and subsequent children.
• 50% discount on Admission Fee and Annual Development Fee for the second child.
• 100% discount on Admission Fee and Annual Development Fee for the third and subsequent children. Family discounts are applied for the youngest children in all cases.
Appreciation Program discounts are not applied to sibling children’s fees.

For convenience, annual tuition fees are paid in one installment using the Annual Payment Plan; two installments using the Semester Payment Plan, or four equal installments using the Term Payment Plan. For enrolments after the start of the academic year, the termly installment amounts will be calculated pro-rata.

SHORT TERM ABSENCES
Refunds or discounts for short-term absences are not available. Parents must inform the school in writing if a child will be absent for longer than two weeks.
WITHDRAWAL & REFUND POLICY
To withdraw a child, parents must complete and submit a Withdrawal Notice Form to the school office at least 45 days before the child's last day at school.
• No refunds are available for parents who pay by Term payment plan for any reason.
• Refunding of 30% remaining Tuition Fee calculated from the last day at school with the correct notification Process for the Semester payment plan.
• The calculation for the Tuition Fee due to the final year of attendance (the year of withdrawal) is as follows:

• The Admission Fee and Annual Development Fee are non-refundable.
• No refunds are available for Bus Service
• Any discounts provided are for a full academic year enrolment therefore any discounts applied will be removed from the refund calculation.
• Please note that:
• The Tuition Fee due, and any refund due, is calculated based on the last day of attendance of the child with the required 45-day notice provided.
• The notification method must be by the use of the official Withdrawal Notice Form. Verbal notification, email notification, or any other form of notification will not be accepted. (this is the Correct Notification process)
LATE PICK-UP
Your child should be picked up from school on time. Parents must inform the school of any unexpected late pick-up otherwise children picked up late will incur a fee of 200,000 VND per 10 minutes late.
PAYMENT
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Tuition fees are payable in advance and reminders will be issued throughout the year.
Payment Deadlines: Parents are responsible for ensuring that all fees are paid before the required deadlines. This responsibility cannot be assigned to a company. In the event of non-payment of the applicable fees, the School reserves the right to charge a penalty of 10% per annum of the outstanding fee, calculated daily and all discounts will be removed. Non-payment: If no payment is made 30 days after the due date, the school reserves the right to suspend the children from school and places will be allocated to children on the school’s waiting list.
Payment: By making a payment based on Debit Note/ Invoice, Parent/ Guardian confirm that you have read, understand, and agree with the terms and conditions outlined in the Tuition & Fees Schedules.

BUS SERVICE
Aurora provides a safe, reliable bus service using modern air-conditioned vehicles equipped with seat belts, an adult bus monitor, and mobile phone contact. The bus service caters to children within 10 kilometers of the school. To maintain an effective and efficient service, parents are expected to register and adhere to pick-up and drop-off times as agreed on the Bus Registration Form.
