WELCOME TO AURORA COOKS Welcome to Aurora Cooks!

Our Cooking Classes are designed to develop age-specific skills, promote community, demystify scratch cooking across cultures, and promote fruit and vegetable consumption. We can help you become a confident home cook with our approach to cooking: empowering, practical and fun!

The Aurora Cooks experience includes demonstrations and instruction from our talented team. You will learn how to prepare each menu item, and work hands-on in small groups to prepare 1-2 specific items. All classes will conclude around the table, community-style, where guests can sit and enjoy each other’s company and the food they’ve created as a group.

We will do whatever we can to accommodate food sensitivities, allergies and diet restrictions. We ask that you call prior to registering to discuss your dietary restrictions. Please note our kitchens are NOT a gluten-free or nut free environment.

Two vibrant teaching gardens support our programs in the summer. With a little preservation, we utilize the garden’s bounty through Colorado’s short growing season and into the fall and winter months. As a class participant, you may be included in the harvesting process, picking your produce for the evening’s cooking class.

We believe food brings us together and builds community so grab a friend or come make new ones!

Become a chef on your next birthday and cook up a party with Aurora Cooks!

Enjoy a 2-hour party where our talented chef/instructors will guide children through their choice of menu in our state-of-the-art teaching kitchens. The last 20-30 minutes of the party will be reserved for enjoying the delicious meal they’ve worked so hard to create. We invite additional family members back to the kitchen during this time to open gifts and sample what the kids have cooked up! The guest of honor receives an Aurora Cooks apron and all guests receive recipe packets to take home.
