SUMMER CAMPS ALL DAY/ALL WEEK CARE

These camps are designed to provide care for kids on a week-to-week basis. Camps each week are based around a theme and include one field trip, one day of swimming at a city indoor pool and one day of swimming at a city outdoor pool (will be changed to an indoor location in the case of inclement weather). Check-in begins at 7 a.m. for those families that need early drop-off. All campers must be picked up by 5:30 p.m. Majority of programs and activities will take place between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Lunch and an afternoon snack will be provided by Aurora Public Schools. The city of Aurora received the Colorado Stability Grant for 2023 which reduces the cost of the listed camps by $35 each. The cost listed is the reduced price.

World Of Magic

Ages 6-12

Come join this fun and magical week! Campers will be making magical objects such as wands, potions and hats. Campers will also be playing fun wizarding games during the day. Field trip for this week is Defy Denver.

Explore Week

Ages 6-12

Get your binoculars and safari hats and let’s explore. Campers will get to experience scavenger hunts, make their own treasure maps, create sail boats and learn about ancient civilizations! Field trip for this week is to the Denver Museum of Nature & Science.

Tropical Paradise

Ages 6-12

It’s time to hit the beach, play some volleyball, build sandcastles and make art with sand. Field trip for this week is The Island Indoor Beach. There is no camp on Monday, June 19 in recognition of Juneteenth.

Release The Steam

Ages 6-12

Bring your thinking caps. We will be making slime, model rockets, engineering bridges, coding robots and learning about STEM in relation to sports. Field trip for this week is to the Denver Children’s Museum.

Enter The Wilderness

Ages 6-12

Can you survive the wild? We will be learning survival skills, building model shelters, learning to read maps and compasses, making solar ovens, gathering water and learning knots! Field trip for this week will be to Colorado Adventure Point where campers will do rock climbing and archery.

It’s time to cool down with lots of water. Get ready for water balloon fights, water competitions and crafts relating to water! The field trip for this week will be a 3rd day of swimming at a city indoor or outdoor pool depending on the weather.

End Of Summer Bash

Ages 6-12

Summer is almost over. So, let’s have one more bash! Campers will get a variety of choices of fun activities and games throughout the week as well as having a cookout at Aurora Reservoir. Field trip for this week is to the Aurora Reservoir.

Summer Camps Day To Day Registration

New for summer 2023, based on feedback from the community, we are now offering summer camps where parents/guardians can register for individual days. These camps will have a generic theme for each day where the major craft, project or game is based around that theme. Every day includes swimming in the afternoon except for field trip days. Stem Day

Ages 6-12

It’s time to experiment, build and create! Campers will experience a variety of STEM based activities and will be swimming in the afternoon.

Art Day

Ages 6-12

Express your creative side! We will be doing a variety of projects such as melted crayon art, sculpting and painting. Campers will be swimming in the afternoon.

Sports Day

Ages 6-12

Run, kick, pass, shoot, throw, swing and practice all your athletic skills in a variety of sports. Campers will be swimming in the afternoon.

Field Trip Day

Ages 6-12

Field trip days will be at a variety of locations. Before and after the field trip, campers will be participating in crafts and games.

Free Choice Friday

Ages 6-12

Campers will get to choose from a variety of pre-chosen activities such as gym games, board games, outdoor games, and crafts. Campers will be swimming in the afternoon.
