Bug collecting or crawdad catching? Sandcastles or boat building? Enjoy nature before school starts. Join a naturalist in exploring the natural world around us for a morning of fun-filled nature activities of your choice. Make new friends and forge connections with others and the natural world.

UNIQUE PROGRAMS: MUDBUG MONDAYS – CRAWDAD FISHING AT AURORA RESERVOIR
Ages 6 and older
With the summer sun shining on us, what better way to cool off than by getting wet and dirty! Mudbugs, also called crawdads or crayfish, are fascinating creatures. Have fun and connect with nature while we fish for crawdads at one of Aurora’s open spaces. Be sure to wear clothes and shoes you don’t mind getting wet!
