Historic Highline Canal With Treasure Box Tours

Without water, the arid West would have remained a place of little interest to settlers from the East Coast. Once gold was discovered, city promoters knew that water would make Denver into a place that would last. Join Denver History/Treasure Box Tours for a journey along one of the most famous of Denver’s waterways, the historic High Line Canal. Pouring from the mountains in the southwest before finally struggling to a feeble demise near DIA, the High Line has many fascinating spots and tales. (Tour includes a break for lunch, so please bring some money for your meal.) Fee includes step on guide, escort and transportation.
