CITY OF AURORA SPORTS CREDIT & REFUND POLICY

Due to inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control, it is possible that all scheduled games cannot be completed within the advertised dates of the season. The city of Aurora will make every reasonable effort to reschedule cancelled games & practices. A season will be considered complete when a team has two games remaining. Teams/Individuals not reaching the minimum game threshold are eligible for pro-rated credits. Lost practice sessions are not eligible for credit or refund. Individual refunds/credits are based on an individual case & are subject to pro-rated criteria.

WINTER BASKETBALL LEAGUES

Teams are formed based on where kids live. Practices are chosen by the volunteer coaches & are located at local elementary & middle schools. Games are played at area middle schools on Friday evenings or Saturdays. Fee includes practices, games & team jersey. ● Coaches’ Meeting: Thu., Nov. 9, 6 p.m. at the AMC Council Chamber, 15151 E. Alameda Parkway. ● Player & Coach Info: Coaches must submit their prospective player roster by Nov. 1. Parents are responsible to register their child. Coaches are not required to collect forms & fees. Parents please register your child for their current grade in school as Sept. 1, 2017. You may register up one level if you are not in the Competitive League & would like more competition. Participants are restricted to one city of Aurora team, regardless of their level of play.
