CITY OF AURORA SPORTS CREDIT & REFUND POLICY: Due to inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control, it is possible that all scheduled games cannot be completed within the advertised dates of the season. The city of Aurora will make every reasonable effort to reschedule cancelled games and practices. A season will be considered complete when a team has two games remaining. Teams/Individuals not reaching the minimum game threshold are eligible for pro-rated credits. Lost practice sessions are not eligible for credit or refund. Individual refunds/credits are based on an individual case and are subject to pro-rated criteria.
