All of the qualities of Phi Gamma Delta could be found in their community involvement, ranging from Project Uplift to coaching and sponsoring a youth softball team. The leadership roles the brothers hold in many church and civic organizations also shows the determination to uphold the beliefs and values that they were founded upon.
Beyond the classroom, brothers also take great pride in their social activites. Phi Gamma Delta hosts socials that range from Hoedown, Burn the House Down, ChrismasCasino and Lounge at FIJI Island. From socials to band parties to formals, the brothers find many ways to have fun.
Brothers of Phi Gamma Delta can be found in numerous leadership roles on campus including Plainsmen, Spades, Senate, Squires, SGA Executive Council, IFC, Mortar Board and Cardinal Key honor societies.
Activities such as the annual brother retreat to New Orleans, brother paintball and the infamous Frat Boy Friday during football season all help promote brotherhood within the chapter. But what strengthens the brotherhood the most are the hunting and fishing trips or excursions to the lake or beach. These retreats build the bonds that make the Phi Gam's brotherhood a lasting treasure.
