The beginning of a long day for many doves.

The beginning of a long day for many doves.
All of the qualities of Phi Gamma Delta could be found in their community involvement, ranging from Project Uplift to coaching and sponsoring a youth softball team. The leadership in many church and civic organizations also shows the determination to uphold the beliefs and values that they were founded upon.
Beyond the classroom, brothers also take great pride in their social activities. They have many socials ranging from Hoe Down, Christmas Casino, Crawfish Boil, Cinco de Mayo, Happy Birthday Hawaii, and the renowned Fiji Island in the spring. From socials to band parties to formals, the brothers find many ways to enjoy the social aspects of Auburn's college life.
Brothers of Phi Gamma Delta can be found in numerous university leadership roles, including SGA Executive Council, IFC Executive Council, Spades, Plainsmen, Senate, Mortar Board, Cardinal Key, Squires, IFC and SGA Cabinets. They also belong to national honor societies, and many other campus honoraries and organizations.
Phi Gamma Delta has several activities promoting brotherhood. Some of these include the annual brotherhood retreat, fraternitysponsored philanthropy events, and socials solely for brothers. But what promotes the bonds of brotherhood the most are the frequent trips to the lake, beach, or a brother's home, anything builds the bonds that makes their brotherhood a lasting treasure.
