I

n high school, i was insecured and not confident about anything in life. After high school, i finally decided to make some life changes and decided to pursue bodybuilding. My fitness journey started from 90lbs skinny weight to 180lbs and doing fitness shoots. i also won the best physique award in Mr. Pak World Pageant while pursuing 2 schools, working part-time and being a fast bowler. I love fitness because it allows me to harness my growth in other areas as well. The best advice i can give is that while you may not have the best genetics to have a great physique, your work ethic and consistency will transform your journey.

y name is Reginald Thompson. I grew up in Columbia raised by my grandmother. At an early age I learned what it meant to be a person of honor, a man of values. Each day when I embark on a new adventure that is what I represent. I believe that through challenging work you can accomplish anything. As a young man I was small, I had a dream to have the body that I always dreamed about. I started brainstorming a plan to become the person I wanted to see on the outside as I was always the man I wanted to be on the inside. At the time I was tired of being a small, I wanted to be strong, be the guy that was a force of nature. I started dedicating myself to working towards my goal, I would work out before work, and workout after I got off. I started doing 2 days, I even changed my eating habits. Now I love the man I see on the outside as well. It doesn’t have to be working out but whatever it is you as an individual want to accomplish in life, you can. You must stop doing it and let your thoughts or dreams become a reality. Don’t take my word for it, I’d prefer you put it into action for yourself. Do what makes you happy.
