hat’s a typical day like for you ? Who is someone you admire and Why? Honestly, I don’t have anyone specific, I’m fascinated by the professional world of sport in general, being a professional athlete and a fitness model I follow the American world a lot because I think it is ahead of us.I always try to inspire myself to those American athletes who have innovation for greatness and it is this innovation that I try to give to people.

Do you have any skills or talents that most people don’t know about?

Yes i do , I think in my case it was very important to have had a background as a professional ballet dancer.It gives me the opportunity to have a strong command of movement and muscle anatomical knowledge despite the important musculature I have never lost that

What do fitness means to you?

For me the word FITNESS is absolutely, an extension and evolution of the concept that refers to a philosophy of life that puts the well-being of the person at the center of attention by offering sports activities, regeneration practices as well as mental training which, combined with a correct diet, promote a state of well-being and psychophysical balance.
