What’s a typical day like for you ? I wake up at 4:00am everyday and after my prayer time I prepare to meet and train clients within an hour or so, then I squeezed in for my personal training.

I care about child obesity and how it affects our children long term. Also, I’m passionate about helping people realize their fitness potential and eventually adapt it as a lifestyle.

I admire Lenda Murray (Ms Olympia) She stands tall in a sport that is mostly dominated by men.
Do you have any skills or talents that most people don’t know about?
Yes I love to sing and grab

What do fitness means to you?
For me the word FITNESS is absolutely, an extension and evolution of the concept that refers to a philosophy of life that puts the well-being of the person at the center of attention by offering sports activities, regeneration practices as well as mental training which, combined with a correct diet, promote a state of well-being and psychophysical balance.
What’s that goal you have for yourself that you want to accomplish?
My goal as an athlete is to classify myself in the competitions that await me and to be able to see a beautiful climb in this sector, learning a lot more without ever getting tired of growing. But the most important is being able to open up my own space where I can carry out my work as a personal trainer with passion.
