ed it. At the age of thirteen she was styling hair at home, from the high ponytails all the way to braids, just having that passion of making others feel beautiful inside was just one of many things that Season enjoyed. By the age of 15 she tried out for the track team, made the team but once again a stumbling block fell upon her, her mother felt she needed to stop because her education was more important, even though Season didn’t want to but she had no choice but to. By the age of 18 Season had graduated from Perry High class of 2001 and after a year decided to move to Columbus Ga to be with her sisters. By the age of 19 Season became mother to a healthy baby boy and decided to resign in Columbus Ga for the next ten years of her life. At the age of 24 Season became a Certified Nursing Assistant of the state of Georgia caring for many walks of life, such as Alzheimer’s Dementia, to Parkinson’s Disease and etc, this kind of passion for others took an all time high. THE GAME CHANGER:

Season is a force to be reckoned with. She is known for her tenacity. When asked where her strength comes from, her answer is very simple “GOD”. Every single day is a day that Season strives to uplift other women while pushing them to be their best and healthiest self. The day that Season decided to move forward with health and fitness was in 2015 she was involved in a car accident of which she was hit by a tractor trailer truck, after which she suffered from severe lower back injuries that included 4 herniated discs. During her medical treatments it was stated that there was a high chance that she’d be unable to resume regular activities ever again, let alone be able to lift 3 pounds max.

When that moment hit Season it was like a do or die moment. It was truly then that she realized that there was not one person on this earth that would dictate what she could or could not do. Especially when it came to her health.

Since that day it has been absolutely no days off whatsoever. She holds herself accountable by also recording and posting her workouts to her social media pages and states that if she doesn’t move forward in her healthy lifestyle with no days off, how can she expect others to do the same?

YOU ARE BOLD FITNESS (BEAUTIFUL, OPTIMISTIC, LOVING, DOERS)

The name UR BOLD was created based off of Season’s ability of not being ashamed of sharing her journey with others. Showing women all over the world it’s okay to embrace you regardless how others may view you. Her ability to show the good, and the bad is what being BOLD is all about. Season not only focused on physical in her journey, she also focused on the mental as well, see having a nice body is one thing, but having the mentality ability to maintain it is another. So each day she insists to her followers to also work on your mental stability as well because having them both will definitely help you achieve your goals.

SEASON’S DAILY CONSISTENT REGIMENT:

Seasons’ daily diet consists of mainly a very low carb, high fat diet along with consuming various natural herbs including turmeric, ginger, lemons, honey, herbal teas, and other root herbs, vegetables/greens. At the top of every year, she also completes the Daniel Fast, which is a hard reset of her body that is a vegan diet, no sugars and just eating grains and root vegetables. Another section of her diet includes intermittent fasting from 8:30 p.m.-12:00 noon the next day, during that time only herbal teas are consumed.

Her workouts include indoor, outdoor, cardio, weights, and weightless regimens that are done 6 days per week during the evening, Sunday through Thursday, giving her Friday as her rest day. And during her weekly workouts her playlist consists of upbeat music from, T.I., Ace Hood, Beyonce to motivational speakers such as Bishop Dale Bronner,

T.D. Jakes, Denzel Washington, R.C. Blakes, and Les Brown just to name a few. She only chooses to take one day off, which is used as both a physical and mental reset for her body. She doesn’t consider herself as a Fitness Trainer she considers herself as a Fitness Coach. She doesn’t see just getting in the gym working out with others and letting them go on their own path, she builds relationships, she
