• ¼ oz. pomegranate juice – just enough blush
• Orange peel or lemon twist
• Optional: a single edible rose petal or raspberry, because romance
HOW TO MAKE IT…
• Fill a mixing glass with ice and let it chill for a moment – no rushing here.
• Add gin, Aperol, vermouth, and pomegranate juice.
• Stir slowly and deliberately, like you have nowhere else to be.
• Strain over a large cube in a rocks glass. (the good one)
• Express a citrus peel over the top, then decide if it stays or goes.
