Mayfield Watford is a retirement village set in Watford Riverwell a new urban development a short walk from Watford Town Centre. Cassiobury park, the Coliseum Theatre and Vicarage road home of Watford Fc are in in close proximity. The village opened in September with a second block opening in June 2023. Once complete the site will comprise of 2551and2bedroomapartments.
