WHAT TO EXPECT
We ask that you arrive around 15 minutes in advance of your scheduled appointment time .
We will require you to complete a consultation form prior to your treatment - this can be done in advance or on the day when you check in with us.
Please note all our treatment times are inclusive of consultation and aftercare advice .
PRE & POST TREATMENT RELAXATION
Guests booking face or body treatments of 45 minutes or longer can relax with a herbal tea or cooling sorbet in the comfor table surroundings of our relaxation room. And, enjoy access to our leisure facilities before their treatment.
CANCELLATIONS
Please advise us of the need to cancel at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 100% charge . Groups of 6+ must give 72 hours notice .
