We ask that you arrive around 15 minutes in advance of your scheduled appointment time.
We will require you to complete a consultation form prior to your treatment - this can be done in advance or on the day when you check in with us.
Treatment times are inclusive of consultation & aftercare advice.
PRE & POST TREATMENT RELAXATION
Guests booking a spa treatment (excluding beauty treatments) get use of relaxation room for up to an hour post treatment with a complimentary herbal tea or fruit sorbet to enjoy. Access to our pool, sauna and steam is including as part of your spa treatment (excluding beauty treatments). CANCELLATIONS
Please advise us of the need to cancel or amend at least 48 hours prior to your appointment (72 hours for groups of 6+). Cancellations or amendments outwith these times are non refundable.
