Utilizing materials like standing seam metal, OSB sheet, and gypsum board for interiors, coupled with foam insulation, the Gable House embodies durability, comfort, and sustainability. With a design ethos emphasizing minimal clean lines, it offers a tranquil retreat for getaways and vacation stays.

Project Description The design seamlessly blends modern aesthetics with minimalist architecture, preserving the essence of Dehradun’s architectural heritage. The primary challenge was integrating existing columns from the previous owner and ensuring Vastu compliance. Meticulously crafted, the house caters to the family’s needs while meeting Vastu and FAR requirements. It serves as a testament to luxurious living spaces, embodying the philosophy that less can be more.

Project Description Antares stands as a distinguished commercial complex situated along Rajpur Road in Dehradun, renowned for being one of the city’s most exclusive thoroughfares. The architectural design of its facade artfully blends the rich heritage of Dehradun with a contemporary touch, maintaining fidelity to the city’s architectural ethos. It stands as a prime illustration of elegance and sophistication in architectural expression. Antares represents one of the five designs presented, with the remaining options showcasing architectural anomalies crafted for the same purpose.

Project Description Introducing Sun Pharma Tower, a soaring 60-floor skyscraper situated in the bustling heart of Borivali, Maharashtra, amidst the vibrant tapestry of Mumbai. This architectural marvel boasts a mix-use structure, featuring a majestic podium spanning eleven floors dedicated to parking amenities and bustling commercial spaces. Above, the tower ascends into the sky, culminating in a luxurious club house atop nearly 50 residential floors. The design ethos is characterized by its clean, minimalist aesthetic, accentuated by exposed columns that not only serve as structural elements but also contribute to the building’s striking facade.
