Automated Performance Testing and Review

ATS facilityZone is an automated service that performs active zonelevel functional performance testing and review of mechanical equipment, including VAVs, fan coil units, heat pumps, chilled beams, and more. Manually testing and reviewing zone equipment is time-consuming and costly, leading to maintenance deferrals and reliance on tenants to bring comfort and ventilation issues to the facilities team reactively. facilityZone allows your facility staff to proactively identify and resolve issues before they negatively impact tenants. With facilityZone, our throughly tested analytics rules passively monitor zone-level HVAC equipment, identifying both serious issues and areas for improvement. Active testing is also available to catch issues not present during normal operation (such as testing heating before cold weather comes). An ATS technician is also available to investigate and recommend corrective actions for any uncovered issues. An equipment status report with recommended actions is provided for each zone test and includes a review with your ATS Account Manager to discuss further follow-up actions.
