Simplify Procurement with TIPS & ATS
What is TIPS?
The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) is a national purchasing cooperative that streamlines procurement for public entities, K-12 schools, colleges and universities, and nonprofits. Why Use TIPS?
As an approved TIPS vendor, ATS offers public facilities a streamlined, fully compliant purchasing pathway that eliminates the complexity and delays typically associated with traditional procurement. Through the TIPS cooperative purchasing program, facility managers and directors can access our products and services using pre-negotiated contracts that satisfy competitive bidding requirements—without issuing RFPs, managing bid evaluations, or navigating lengthy approval cycles.
This means you can move from identified need to implemented solution faster, while remaining fully aligned with local, state, and federal procurement regulations. By reducing administrative workload and accelerating purchasing timelines, ATS enables your team to focus on what matters most: maintaining safe, efficient, and high-performing facilities. The result is a faster return on investment, minimized operational disruption, and a procurement process that works in support of your goals.
