How I Work What you can expect from working with me: All correspondence will be returned within 2-4 hours during business days (Monday – Friday). That means I will: Go the extra mile to make clients happy Respond to email and messages promptly Follow up with clients to ask for feedback Make recommendations and offer solutions

Hours of Operation: My preferred Communication Apps include Slack, Voxer and Email and my standard communication hours are MONDAY - FRIDAY: 9 AM - 5 PM MOUNTAIN STANDARD TIME. My working hours are the times I am completing tasks for you and are as follows: MONDAY & THURSDAY: 4 PM - 12 AM, MOUNTAIN STANDARD TIME TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY: 10 AM - 6 PM, MOUNTAIN STANDARD TIME SATURDAYS: Depends on projects Meeting Days: TUESDAYS & WEDNESDAYS ATN Creative Solutions. 2023. Meetings: The key to a good working relationship is communication. Below is a description of some terms you may have already heard or will hear while working together. It is important that we have meetings so that we are on the same page at all times.

Keep in mind that any and all correspondence (such as email or calls) will be charged at the normal, agreed upon rate.

Weekly/Monthly Game-Plan Meeting: This is our day to touch base and figure out what's been done from the previous week/month and what needs to be done for the week/month to come. We set goals and come up with a strategy to tackle them head-on.

Growth Meeting: This is our consultation meetings that are set at your request, such as at the end of our 90-day trial period.

Consultations: I love to watch your business grow! Some tips and tricks may come up at random while simply talking. But, some subjects need their own meeting to be discussed in detail. ATN Creative Solutions offers 60-minute consultations at the normal rate.

Simply request a meeting and we can get down to business!

Rush Jobs: I get that things pop up and you need help immediately. For rush jobs, you will be charged a $75/hour surcharge for less than 24 hours’ notice and a $100/hour surcharge for evenings, weekends, or U.S. holidays.

Holidays: ATN Creative Solutions will take off all United States public national holidays in addition to the following religious holidays: New Year's Day Martin Luther King Day President's Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Columbus Day Veterans Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day Easter My Birthday (October 30th)

Referrals: Referrals are my favorite way to gain new business. Any time that you generously make a referral to my business, please let me know and I will be sure to acknowledge you with a special gift: For New Virtual Support Clients: You'll get 3 free hours when your referral signs on to work with me!

For New Design Clients*: You'll get a 5% referral fee when your referral signs on to work with me! *New Design Clients must purchase any of the following design collections: The Lush Collection, The Deluxe Collection or the Ultimate Luxury Collection. New Design Clients must also complete their contract before the referral fee will be processed.

Confidentiality: I adhere to a strict confidentiality code and no information will be divulged to a third party. All documentation sent to me will be returned upon completion + payment. I take your confidentiality very seriously – all passwords are encrypted and I use the highest level of internet security. If I need to use your credit card, I will shred the info after 1 use. Should the business tasks be allocated to someone internally (i.e. I bring on a new team member to support me), it is acknowledged that the Client should be introduced to the new project manager and approve the change.
