Domestic Student/Young Adult Application Guide
Please review the following information carefully and contact abbie@atlassociety.org if you have any questions. All Galt’s Gulch student/young adult attendees (ages 18 to 30) will be selected from the application link at the end of this document. Unless otherwise requested, this application will also serve as your lodging/travel scholarship application. U.S. scholarship applicants will receive the following: ● Meals & refreshments during the event. ● Lodging: check-in Thursday, June 5th, and check-out Sunday, June 8th. (All students & young adults who accept lodging will have one same-sex roommate. Roommate requests may be considered if possible.) ● A travel reimbursement of up to $350 will be granted for applications received from January 2nd through May 1st or a $250 reimbursement will be offered for those applications received from May 2nd through May 31st. ** Scholarships are awarded on a rolling basis. The application window will close when ALL available spots are filled. While each application is reviewed on a first-come, first-serve basis, special consideration may be based on several factors, including: ● Degree of care to which the application is completed. Please carefully review each question and answer in as much detail as possible. Incomplete applications will not be considered. ● Previous attendance and active participation at Atlas Society events, including but not limited to Morals & Markets seminars, Clubhouse & X Spaces, and previous Galt’s Gulch conferences. (recommended, but not required) ● Knowledge level of Objectivism and Ayn Rand's literature. (recommended, but not required; we accept applicants with varying familiarity of either/both)
