About Atlas Greenhouse is a manufacturer of commercial and education­ al greenhouse systems, based in Alapaha, Georgia. Our company was founded in 1986 as a regional greenhouse supplier and today is supplying greenhouses internationally. Our site has grown to consist of over 100,000 square feet of manufacturing, warehouse space and sales.

Our products are designed for ornamental horticulture, vegetable production and as educational teaching environments. Additionally, we also manufacture a selection of residential greenhouses for hobby growers and a full line of metal buildings.

We inventory a complete line of accessories including coverings, heating equipment, cooling and ventilation equipment and much more. We continue to manufacture and stock the inventory we sell, providing unprecedented lead times and quality customer service to our markets.

The Super Arch GUTTER CONNECT GREENHOUSE

The Super Arch Gutter Connect Series is the perfect structure to meet top quality needs at an affordable price. It offers superior strength for high snow load applications while maintaining a cost that is well within a grower's budget. Product to product, cost to cost, growers will not find a more economical and efficient gutter connect structure.

The Super Arch sizes come standard in 21', 24' and 30' widths.

The Pro-Com GUTTER CONNECT GREENHOUSE

Our Pro-Com series greenhouse is fully engineered and is the most cost-efficient model in its class. Bay width options vary from 22', 28' and 30' widths. The Pro-Com is constructed using 3" x 3" square column posts, spaced every 12', with 1.900" bows spaced at 4' or 6' and has trusses every 12'.

The Pro-Com series is designed and engineered to withstand most wind and snow loads throughout 75% of the United States without modifications. The Snow Arch Gutter Connect series is the most affordable professional grade structure due to the fact that no outside gutters are required. Plus, our posts and bows are spaced according to your choice of 4', 5' or 6' spacings, therefore eliminating the need for huge column posts. In addition, there are no expensive brackets used to attach the gutters to posts. The frame supports the gutters as opposed to the gutters supporting the frame. The RT GUTTER CONNECT GREENHOUSE

The RT Gutter Connect is the greenhouse of choice for many growers. Its low cost per square foot provides growers with eco­ nomical coverage options. It works excellently with roll-up curtains to provide natural ventilation. Available in 21', 24' and 30' widths, its rectangular tubing offers incredible strength and versatility. Our gutter-to-post connection is made easy with the aluminum gutter designed to fit over the 2" x 4" or 4" x 4" column post and secured with (1) 5"bolt and nut.

In addition, the aluminum gutter has double bolt tracks on each side for easy attachment of bows and gutter splices. Poly fasten­ ers are extruded inside the gutters to eliminate screws and bolts usually required to attach poly film.

The RT is desgined as a poly-film covered structure. The standard model is engineered to meet the building codes in over 75% of the United States. With gutter heights from 8' to 12', achieve the ideal height for tomatoes, cucumbers and other vining crops. The 30' wide RT has an arched style roof design that provides an 8' rise from the truss to peak. The 21' and 24' wide structures incorporate a Quonset roof design.

The Snow Arch FREE -STANDING GREENHOUSE

The free-standing Snow Arch Greenhouse offers the strength and versatility to accommodate various widths, side wall heights, drop-down or roll-up curtains, roof ventilation, fans, shutters and/or cooling pad systems. Its truss design can support multiple crop weights. While typically offered in 16'-30' wide free span widths with standard 4' sidewalls, custom widths and 6' sidewalls are available.

Our 6' sidewall option provides great natural ventilation when equipped with an Atlas curtain system. This structure is designed for a poly-film covered roof. Wind and snow load certifications are available.

The Snow Arch Series is also approved for USDA NRCS grants and has proven to be a very popular and affordable multi-purpose green­ house for growers across the country.

The Super Arch FREE -STANDING GREENHOUSE With pre-punched, two-square framing, the Super Arch Series offers strength and ease of installation. The standard 30' and 35' width base models, with approximately 8' truss height, are ideal for hanging basket applications. It can easily be modified for high tunnel use, which needs a wide width and superior strength. The pre-punched holes allow for easy installation.

The RT Max Muscle FREE -STANDING GREENHOUSE The RT ™ Max Muscle offers growers the ultimate in strength and versatility. With straight side walls from 4' to 1O' tall, it makes an excellent choice for natural ventilation. Properly sized mechanicaly ventilation is also an option.

The RT ™ Max Muscle is framed using 2" x 4" column posts, 2" x 3" rectangular bows and 1" x 2" rectangular cross trusses. Growers take advantage of the extra square footage gained by using the 30' or 35' clear span width. The RT ™ Max Muscle is widely used by wholesale, hydroponics and transplant growers. The Scholar

The Atlas Scholar ™ Greenhouse The Scholar series comes available in either 12' or 16' widths and any length in 6' increments. Side wall height options range from 5' to 8'. The Scholar is designed with a 2" x 2" galvanized base rail system for ease of construction. It is covered with a commercial grade 8 mm twinwall polycarbonate which comes standard with a 10-year warranty and a 15 to 20-year life expectancy. This polycarbonate is highly energy-efficient and will provide years of maintenance-free use.

Properly sized cooling and heating equipment is available to create the proper greenhouse environment. Optional accessories include shade cloth, fans, shutters, cooling systems, gas or electric heaters, bench systems and hanging baskets rails. As per sales contract - Purchaser agrees to make prompt payment of all invoices in accordance with the terms specified in this agreement, whether the invoices so presented compromise the entire order, or only part of such order. In the event of change of circumstance, Atlas Manufacturing, Inc. (hereafter referred to as "Atlas") reserves the right to revise credit terms or upon demand, to receive additional security from the Purchaser.

If, in Atlas' judgment, reasonable doubt exists as to Purchaser's financial responsibility, or if Purchaser is past due in payment of any amount owing to Atlas, Atlas reserves the right, without liability and without prejudice to any other remedies, to suspend its performance, decline to ship, or stop any materials in transit until Atlas receives payment (whether or not due), or adequate assurance of such payment owing to Atlas.

Credit terms accepted by Atlas with respect to one order shall not bind Atlas to accept similar terms on subsequent orders. The Buyer, any higher-tier contractor, or the owner of property to which the products described herein may become affixed, will not be released from liens or claims of any kind unless and until such products have been fully paid for.

A late payment charge will be made on all past due balances, and will be computed at the rate 1.5% per month (which is an annual percentage rate of 18%), or the maximum legal rate, whichever is lower.

Purchaser agrees to pay all costs of collection (including attorney's fees) incurred by Atlas if this invoice is not paid when due.

Payment for materials delivered and/or labor performed may not be withheld due to pending claims on previous contracts.

Purchaser shall promptly, and in no event later than 10 days after discovery, notify Atlas in writing, of any defects and/or nonconformity, in detail. Upon such notification, Atlas will repair or replace any products manufactured by Atlas which it finds defective or not in conformity with specifications. All shipping charges shall be paid by Purchaser. Purchaser's remedies hereunder are limited to the repair and/or replacement of goods manufactured by Atlas.

THE OBLIGATIONS OF ATLAS HEREIN ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS, AND ATLAS MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS, FOR ANY PURPOSE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL ATLAS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF ATLAS HAS BEEN NOTIFIED OF THE POSSIBILIT Y THE SAME. Buyer shall hold and protect all products for which Buyer has given notice, until Buyer is specifically instructed to do otherwise by Atlas. While such products are under Buyer's protection, Buyer shall be liable for all damages to said products. If the structure is structurally certified by a licensed Structural/Civil engineer, the certification is based on and applies to calculations for a composite system as described in the Proposal/Contract.

Non-code or non-certified structures purchased by the Purchaser are done so at the Purchaser's own risk. Purchasers shall indemnify Atlas from any liabilities or costs for structural failure or any legal action taken by governing agencies against Purchases for nonconformance.

The structure is designed with the understanding that interior may be cooled and/or heated. Purchaser understands that he is required to regulate inside temperatures to avoid excessive snow loads.

TAXES Any taxes required, through assessment or otherwise, to pay or collect under any existing or future law upon or with respect to sale, purchase, delivery, transportation, storage, processing, use or consumption of any of the products or services covered hereby (including receipts from sales or services), will be for Purchaser's account, and if paid or required to be paid by Atlas, the amount thereof will be added to and become a part of the price payable by the Purchaser.
