According to your physical program outlined by the S&C coach, you must upload all training data daily into Teambuildr, following any strength and conditioning session to help her and the Physiotherapist monitor/track your performance and adjust your fitness and training plans as necessary.
Following any training session, please input your RPE score for that session, and if you bowl, please input how many you bowled. According to your plan, fitness and training data must be uploaded into the system daily so the S&C
coach and Physiotherapist can monitor your performance and adjust fitness and training programs as required. Wellness, RPE, and Bowling loads are at the top of your daily workouts on Teambuildr.
MEDICAL WELL-BEING & REPORTING INJURIES
Players are responsible for immediately reporting to the Physiotherapist, the S&C coach, or the Head Coach, any injury sustained.
The team's Physiotherapist will inform the S&C coach and Head Coach if a player's injury/condition requires adjusting that player's training program, or if it will impact the player's match performance.
STAYING HYDRATED
Players must adhere to all hydration protocols, which help them adjust to the environmental factors in Argentina and facilitate readiness for competition. The Head Coach, Physiotherapist, and S&C coach are always available for further discussions and advice on match readiness.
