Tom Sharp stands as a seasoned Atlanta-based homebuilder, celebrated for his unwavering dedication to quality craftsmanship and innovative design. Since founding his homebuilding company in 1991, Tom has solidified his position as a prominent figure in Atlanta’s real estate scene.

Hailing from Birmingham, Alabama, Tom initially pursued studies at Rollins College with aspirations of attending law school. However, his trajectory shifted when he seized a management opportunity with a leading publicly traded homebuilder. Recognizing the significance of customer interaction and superior design, Tom established Sharp Residential in 1991. While the company was acquired by Toll Brothers in 2019, Tom’s passion for building homes never waned, leading him to swiftly establish Northpoint Luxury Homes and resume creating luxury home communities in North Atlanta.

Tom’s approach to homebuilding is marked by meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to personalized service. Whether crafting custom luxury estates or developing sustainable communities, he ensures each project reflects his clients’ unique vision while exceeding industry standards.
