Due to his relentless diligence, Rehman has been significantly busier than any other medical consultant in his specialty across the U.S. for the past eight years (ranked number 5 in the whole US across all product lines for the year 2021). His commitment to innovation and patient safety led to landmark achievements, including performing over 900 Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacements (TAVR) and more than 100 MitraClip procedures. He has to his credit startup/proctoring of more than 75 structural heart programs across the US and Internationally. His impressive career is underpinned by a substantial list of over 100 peer-reviewed publications, abstracts, and U.S/International presentations.

In addition he has been at forefront of Quality management and thus serving as Director Quality for various hospitals. His interest in Clinical Supply Chain Management led him to be Trinity Health System Board Member at Health Trust Group (Global Purchasing Organization) Cardiovascular Board (the only physician member on the board). More recently, he served as Vice President Clinical Supply Chain Management at Adena Health System.
