LANGUAGE OF BIRDS “Language of Birds” is an expression used by many cultures through history to express the language of the unspoken, the mysterious and the symbolic.

The first phase of this project was planned as an installation in a broad space, with three fundamental elements such as: An animated projection of a huge forest, in the shadow theatre fashion. Which has multiple symbols allusive to the subject. One wooden furniture with the shape of a big wave facing through the woods allowing visitors to lie down, sit, take a rest or just contemplate the work from within. Two birdcages containing the original sources of human voices imitating different bird sounds, recreating and surrounding the ambient in which the observer is plunged.

Even though each structure, each piece and symbol of the installation is inspired or comes from different periods, cultures or hermetical traditions, they have been integrated following a cosmic, natural and human idea that become perennial.

“Language of Birds”, es un término utilizado por muchas culturas a través de la historia, para denotar el lenguaje de lo no hablado, lo misterioso, lo secreto y lo simbólico.

La primera fase de este proyecto se plantea como una instalación en un espacio amplio, con tres elementos fundamentales: Una proyección animada de un gran bosque, a la manera de teatro de sombras, el cual contiene múltiples simbolismos alusivos al tema; una mobiliario en madera, en forma de una gran ola, orientada hacia el bosque que le permite a los visitantes sentarse, reposar o contemplar la obra desde dentro de ella misma y por último, dos jaulas para pájaros que contienen las fuentes originales de voces humanas que imitan diversos sonidos de pájaros, con lo cual se recrea y envuelve el ambiente en el que se sumerge el observador.

A pesar de que cada estructura, cada pieza y cada símbolo de la instalación está inspirada o proviene de diferentes épocas, culturas o tradiciones herméticas se han integrado siguiendo una idea cósmica, natural y humana cuya vigencia se hace perenne.
