Aromatic Forest Honey is produced from Croatian oak trees in late summer when the air is dry, making for a pungent, medium-bodied flavor. This honey variety is rare. Characteristics include a darker color, moderate sweetness, moderate acidity, and woody flavor tones.

Pair with nutty or herbed cheeses such as Parmigiano-Reggiano, rosemary Manchego, Tuscan pecorino, goat’s or sheep’s milk cheeses containing Mediterranean herbs.

Acacia Honey has a delicate, sweet, floral flavor and a vanilla-like aroma. It is light in color, bright and almost transparent.

Acacia honey is made from the nectar of beautiful tree blossoms which bloom only 10 – 15 days during the year. Pair with ricotta cheese, an English muffin with unsalted butter, crepes and scones, Greek yogurt, tea or coffee, as a sweetener.

Chestnut Honey is full-bodied and less sugary tasting than other honeys. The flavor is unique: strong, long lasting, with a bittersweet aftertaste –perfect for pairing with savory or mild cheeses.
