Rosenbluth Family Charitable Foundation Genocide Awareness Week 2026 examines the roles of democracy and authoritarianism in both past and present cases of genocide. Some of topics explored will include: Democracy and Genocide; Technology and Genocide; Authoritarianism and Higher Education; Religion, Authoritarianism, and Genocide; Civil Rights and Resisting Authoritarianism; Fascism, Populism and the Risk of Genocide.

Genocide Awareness Week (GAW) is a week-long event seeking to address how we, as a global society, confront violent actions and current and ongoing threats of genocide and related mass atrocity crimes, throughout the world, while also looking to the past for guidance and to honor those affected by genocide.
