What (small or large) achievement have you been most proud about?
All small steps matter If I have to think about some specific examples, some of our health-related projects come to mind Congodorpen is at the origin of a health insurance to which now more than 100 000 people and their families have access to Similarly, 35 health centers have been created since 2015 Such projects are hearthwarming and motivating.
coffee plantation projects on hold in the early 2000s, when most of our plantations were damaged due to a severe outbreak of coffee tree disease, known as tracheomycosis Now, we’re building them back.
We have really rich exchanges with a lot of organisations, federations and networks We are working on partnerships in working groups of the 11 11 11 network We exchange on agriculture with Rikolto In the DRC, we are active through the Festival Alimenterre With our colleagues from Doctors of the World, we have operational collaborations This shared energy really makes the difference

What are your concerns? What are you hopeful about?
We need to stay confident There are indeed quite some challenges in this world: political (un)stability, logistics, infrastructure, solidarity being put under pressure, the risk of evolving regulations At the same time, more than ever it is important to continue a sustainable story of international solidarity

If you would have a dream, what would it be?
The big dream would be one where everyone has access to the necessary basic life services A world where solidarity, peace and sustainability have an important place
As an intermediary step, it would be great if we could grow towards more experience sharing within the sector and throughout society, and that we can continue to grow - thanks to all our volunteers and partners
