IKKUDO ICHI
Established in 2012, Ikkudo Ichi was the pioneer of ramen restaurants in Indonesia. Ikkudo Ichi specializes in serving authentic Japanese ramen along with other dishes like Donmono and Ippinmono. Ikkudo Ichi itself means “one house”, portraying a house where customers can indulge their taste buds in our satisfying dishes together with their loved ones. Today, Ikkudo Ichi has 15 outlets in total that are spread over Jabodetabek and Cikarang.
At first, Ikkudo Ichi served both pork and chicken ramen in all outlets. As time goes by, customers’ demand for No Pork No Lard outlets started to rise. Ikkudo Ichi stay committed to providing the best service for our customers and thus opened the first No Pork No Lard outlet at Mall Artha Gading. With this new outlet, we hope to provide comfort and a peace of mind for all of our customers, especially for those who does not consume pork.

Aside from that, the production of chicken menus are separated from the pork menus. The utensils, bowls and plates for serving pork menus are also cleaned separately from the rest of equipments. We can ensure that every chicken menu in Ikkudo Ichi does not contain ingredients such as mirin, alcohol, pork and lard.
