Hydrophobic mixed-mode resins:
MiMode™ PuraBead® HX1, HX2, HL3, HL4
Harness hydrophobic and hydrogen-bonding interactions to capture tricky proteins, aggregates, and viral particles with confidence.
Anion-exchange mixed-mode resins:
MiMode™ PuraBead® AX1
Combines anionic and hydrophobic interactions for improved nucleic acid clearance and viral purification.
Cation-exchange mixed-mode resins:
MiMode™ PuraBead® CX1, CX2, CBX1, CBX2
Integrating cation exchange, hydrophobic, and hydrogenbonding interaction contributions to deliver strong capture and polishing performance for positively charged proteins such as monoclonal antibodies and enzymes. The MiMode PuraBead® CXB1 and CBX2 resins also have contributory boronate ester interactions to provide additional selectivity for complex feed streams such as glycosylated biomolecules.
