The MiMode PuraBead® range introduces a new generation of mixed-mode chromatography resins, engineered to deliver powerful selectivity where conventional methods fall short. Hydrophobic mixed-mode resins:
MiMode PuraBead® HX1, HX2, HL3, HL4
Harness hydrophobic and hydrogen-bonding interactions to capture tricky proteins, aggregates, and viral particles with confidence.
Anion-exchange mixed-mode resins:
MiMode PuraBead® AX1
Combines anionic and hydrophobic interactions for improved nucleic acid clearance and viral purification.
Cation-exchange mixed-mode resins:
MiMode PuraBead® CX1, CX2, CBX1, CBX2
Integrating cation exchange, hydrophobic, and hydrogenbonding interaction contributions to deliver strong capture and polishing performance for positively charged proteins such as monoclonal antibodies and enzymes. The MiMode PuraBead CXB1 and CBX2 resins also have contributory boronate ester interactions to provide additional selectivity for complex feed streams such as glycosylated biomolecules.
