• AldeActive PuraBead® is an ideal choice for applications requiring protein or antibody immobilization. It provides an excellent platform for attaching primary amine groups through the formation of stable Schiff base linkages, making it well-suited for processes where specific interactions between ligands and target molecules are crucial. Aldehyde-activated beads are particularly effective for capturing of proteins, peptides, and nucleic acids in applications demanding high specificity.
• Epoxy-Activated PuraBead® is ideal for protein purification, antibody capture, enzyme immobilization, and biomolecule separation.
