Assembly instructions are described below, tools required are provided with the Evolve® Column. Use Column manual to assist with identifying column components and identify the kit components as shown in Figure 1 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6.
Remove the flow tube adaptor Remove seal adjuster nut Locate the rod into the support bracket Fit the support bracket to the seal actuation nut but do not tighten grub screw 1. Replace the seal actuation nut Slide the support strap over the rod and the flowtube. DO NOT TIGHTEN this grub screw at this stage. 7. Re-fit the flow tube adaptor 8. Set column to the required height and tighten Grub screw 1 and grub screw 2. Fit required accessories to the flowtube adaptor. NOTE BOTH GRUB SCREWS MUST BE UNDONE BEFORE THE TURNING THE SEAL ACTUATION NUT Rod
