This warranty provides protection against manufacturing defects only. If a defect occurs and is agreed following an inspection, Aston & Fincher Ltd will replace the defective tool like for like. This warranty excludes the cost of shipping and taxes. Tools replaced will become Aston & Fincher’s property. No refunds will be given. 2. In the case of a warranty claim please take or send the tool, proof of purchase, and an explanation of the defect to Aston & Fincher Ltd. Aston & Fincher Ltd do not accept responsibility for lost tools. Aston & Fincher hold no responsibility for returned tools until received either in a store or head office. This warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear of the tool. 5. This warranty does not cover improper handling of the tool. 6. Tools replaced under warranty will not extend the warranty from the date the tool is replaced. Warranty begins from the original date of purchase. 8. This warranty only applies in the UK. 9.
