Associations North Diversity & Inclusion Leadership Program (ANDI) • ANDI will fully engage diverse members of the association community
by providing a meaningful and progressive cohort leadership experience.
• Participants of underrpresented groups (race/ethnicity, transgender,
sexual orientation or disability) will gain invaluable tools to help reach leadership objectives over the course of 10-months.
• ANDI participation and all fees are fully funded by the association community and sponsors.
