The Arkansas Sheriffs Association Winter conference was held Jan. 22 through Jan 26, at Mariott Hotel in Little Rock, Pulaski County.
Arkansas Attorney General Leslie Rutledge was the keynote speaker during the luncheon on Monday, Jan. 24.
