Our mission is to support individuals through the journey of aging. Our vision is for all individuals to have opportunities to age with honor and dignity.

ESSENTIAL
Because 1 in 8 Missouri seniors face hunger and food insecurity, Aging Ahead delivers meals to over 4,200 individuals every day.
SUPPORT
Because many of the 38 million unpaid family caregivers in the US are facing extreme fatigue, including physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion from the long-term care they provide to a loved one with a chronic illness, disability, or aging-related condition. Aging Ahead’s Family Caregiver Support Program provides support, services, advocacy, and resources to help care for the caregiver.
FUNDING
Because funding for critical support services that MANY seniors rely on has not kept up with demand, Aging Ahead is asking for the community’s help.
COMMUNITY
Because employees prefer to work for an employer with a strong sense of ‘giving back’ to the community, Aging Ahead offers many ways for individuals, businesses, and organizations to help us support older adults in St Louis, St Charles, Franklin, and Jefferson counties. We can’t do it alone...
ADOPT-A-ROUTE
Mobilizing Your Volunteer Team
Your team of volunteers deliver a midday meal to homebound older adults.
Meals are delivered between 11:00am and 1:00pm
Monday-Friday
Delivery routes consist of 8-10 stops and average 1-2 hours to complete
Flexible delivery route schedules are available!
