THE 11TH INTERNATIONAL ASSET MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE FOR INDUSTRY AND INFRASTRUCTURE

ASSET MANAGEMENT: “A vector of transition and resilience”

FROM OCTOBER 14 TO 16, 2025 IN PARISREPUBLIQUE

“A

vector of transition and resilience” ASSET MANAGEMENT :

In an ever-changing economic and environmental context, Asset Management is an essential strategic lever for companies and organizations. Beyond simple maintenance and infrastructure optimization, this discipline plays a crucial role in the transition to more sustainable and resilient models. Our CIFRAMI 2025 Conference aims to explore how responding to coneffective Asset Management can contribute as a vector of transition and resilience, temporary challenges and preparing organizations for the future.

Asset management refers to all practices and processes aimed at optimizing the value and performance of physical assets throughout their life cycle. These assets may include infrastructure (buildings, transportation networks), industrial equipment, production systems, etc. Effective Asset Management not only maximizes their lifespan and return, but also minimizes the associated costs and risks.

The energy transition is one of the major challenges of our time. Asset Management plays a key role in this transition by integrating cleaner and more efficient technologies.

Technological innovation, the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), and integrated management systems (ERP) enable real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance of assets. These technologies contribute to better decisionmaking and faster adaptation to technological developments.

ASSET MANAGEMENT :

“A vector of transition and resilience”

Asset Management increasingly incorporates sustainability and social responsibility criteria. Companies are adopting practices aimed at reducing their carbon footprint, minimizing waste, and promoting responsible use of resources. These initiatives reinforce the transition to more sustainable economic models.

We also know that proactive asset management allows us to better anticipate and manage risks. Whether operational, financial, or environmental, a structured approach to Asset Management helps identify vulnerabilities and put effective contingency plans in place.

Given climate change and an uncertain economic environment, flexibility and agility are major assets. Dynamic asset management allows resources to be quickly reallocated according to needs and opportunities. This strengthens organizations' ability to adapt to market fluctuations and regulatory changes.

Asset Management is much more than just an operational function; it is undergoing a major shift and is a real driver of transition and resilience for companies and organizations. By integrating sustainable practices, promoting technological innovation, and strengthening risk management, asset management is helping to build a more robust and responsible future.

We look forward to seeing you at our CIFRAMI 2025 International Conference, where we hope you will participate and share your experiences with other professionals and experts from our Asset Management community.
