uring Women’s History Month, we celebrate the accomplishments and historical contributions

of women from around the world. March 8th was International Women’s Day, and the theme was #ChooseTo Challenge. This theme challenges us to call out gender bias and to continue to fight for equality. There has been much progress, but there’s still work to be done to close the gaps in gender and racial equality. This year we’ve seen women reaching new heights and seeing that representation at the highest levels matters. It’s also imperative that women support other women and for each of us to ask ourselves…How can I be an ally?

We are excited to invite you to watch our upcoming ASM Global Talks series panel discussion featuring women members from our leadership team. We hope that their stories and experiences inspires women in our company striving to make progress in their professional careers and balances their personal lives.
