Isynergies, Inc.’s primary function is to provide the information technology requirements of ASKI Group of Companies, Inc. Through its support to the whole Group, the company gives its share to help contribute to the achievement of UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It also offers its products and services to other organizations to promote technological advancement to different institutions. The Isynergies, Inc. initiatives can be well-integrated in the Goal 9 of the SDG on Industry Innovation and Infrastructure.

In 2019, Isynergies launched web and mobile online system/applications supporting the digitalization development of the whole ASKI Group such as ACash, E-payslip Portal, Online MFI Client Subsidiary Ledger, ASKI Multipurpose Cooperative (AMPC) savings account system and ASKI Online Job Application portal.

The ACash is digital wallet app that features online payment of purchases, loans, insurances, fund transfers, donation and telco loading. The e-payslip and ASKI online job application portals let the employees view their monthly payslip and the job applicants of ASKI apply online, respectively. The MFI Client Subsidiary Ledger application was developed to enable ASKI branches personnel and clients keep track of their loan information online and anywhere using their computers or mobile phones. Similarly, the company developed the ASKI Multipurpose Cooperative savings account system which also lets ASKI MFI Branches to capture the MFI encoded information since ASKI MFI and AMPC have the same clients. This application avoids the repetition of encoding of data.

Using all these digital applications platform promotes paperless transactions and providesease to the users which correspond to the UN SDGs (9) Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure and (12) Responsible Consumption and Production.

Isynergies, Inc. also ventures in gadgets and computers sale, Hardware installations and configuration, System Application, Website and Mobile Development and Network Installation and Configuration. The role of Isynergies remains crucial in the fourth industrial revolution and in making sure that the vulnerable sector will not be excluded since people are becoming increasingly dependent on digital technology. Data generated by the company will be used by the entire ASKI Group in decision making.

In 2019, ASKI Global, Ltd. held its 14th Commencement Ceremony. A total of 73 migrant workers finished from Basic Entrepreneurship, Personality Development and Communication, Computer and Guitar courses. Its Backto-Back Financial Education Training Program for OFW, their families and Communities in Partnership with Metrobank Foundation trained 91 participants and about 500 individuals will be trained on the following year. The training programs for family members of OFWs back home highlighted the importance of having a common financial mindset and vision.

Since its establishment in 2010, ASKI Global has empowered, trained and equipped over 6,000 OFWs in Singapore with entrepreneurial and financial literacy skills. The organization has also trained migrant workers coming from countries such as Indonesia, Myanmar, and Bangladesh. ASKI Global has been focused in helping the migrant workers on asset-building, job generation and family reunification. Its basic entrepreneurship courses and financial education trainings have helped many of them come up and put up their own businesses or investments and encouraged savings both to the workers and their families back home.

Way forward, the organization will continue to strengthen its programs to contribute to the achievement of UN Sustainable Development Goals (4) Quality Education, (8) Decent Work and Economic Growth and (10) Reduced Inequalities by creating opportunities for the low-income migrant workers acquire entrepreneurial mindset and business management skills leading to stability on their income sources and helping provide as such to different communities they belong.

Mommy Luz is one of the pioneer graduates of ASKI Global Ltd. completing financial education and entreprenueurship courses. Since undergoing trainings, she was able to renovate her house in Baguio City as well as putting up a business with her son. Today, she is dedicating her days off as one of the core volunteers of the institution to help and encourage other domestic workers in Singapore value financial literacy and eventually achieve financial freedom.

For many years of working here in Singapore, I did not have any investments. But that has changed since I met ASKI Global. Right now I can say that I am stressfree.

Mommy Virgie is a single parent from Pangasinan, Philippines. Worried about the future of her son, she decided to work in Singapore in 1992 and up to present.

At ASKI Global Ltd., she underwent financial management and entrepreneurship program and since then, she was able to put up a small internet shop and is now planning to build rooms for rent as she looks forward to going back home in the country for good.

ASKI Global taught me how to save and how to manage my finances. They helped me a lot in putting up and managing my business. I am grateful because it changed my life.

Rosemarie is a single parent from Sta. Ana, Cagayan, Philippines. In 1998, she started working in Singapore but after more than a decade, she haven’t seen much improvement in their lives because of poor financial management.

In 2010, she studied and graduated in ASKI Global Ltd.’s finacial management and entrepreneurship courses. Through her learnings and also financial support from ASKI Philippines, she first had two fishing/tourist boats, then a van for rent and at present, she now owns an 11-bedroom lodging house and a piggery business.

Here at ASKI Global, I learned how to manage my salary. ASKI will help you start a business and will continue to guide you until it grows because in the Philippines, they monitor your business and give you feedback on it.
