DAY-1: Arrival
Upon arrival at Coimbatore International Airport airport;go to and stay over night at Hotel. ( No Meal)
DAY-2: DayVisit Maruthamalai
After Morning breakfast proceed Enroute to maruthamalai temple, Travel to Maruthamalai: Head to the Maruthamalai Murugan Temple, located about 12 km from Coimbatore Explore the 12th-century hill temple dedicated to Lord Murugan
Lunch: Enjoy a simple meal at a local eatery near the temple
● Explore Surroundings: Take in the scenic views and visit the nearby Pambatti Siddhar Cave.
Evening:Return to Coimbatore: Head back to the city
Dinner: Dine at a local restaurant offering South Indian cuisine
DAY-3: isha Wake-up & Morning Sadhana
Optional: Participate in Guru Pooja if you're trained or just sit in silence.
Dhyanalinga Visit
Ideal for silent meditation during Brahma Muhurta (powerful time for inner work)
Free Breakfast at Biksha Hall
Traditional South Indian sattvic breakfast (idli, pongal, herbal tea, etc )

● Nadhi Arangam (open spaces for yoga or reflection)
● After Lunch at Biksha Hall

● 2:00 PM – Free Time / Isha Rejuvenation Center (Optional Spa/Massage)

● Night walk to Adiyogi Statue

DAY4:kovai kutralam-Wake-up & Get Ready
7:30 AM – Breakfast
8:30 AM – Depart for Kovai Kutralam
● Approx. 1-hour drive from Coimbatore city
● Entry to the waterfalls is via Forest Department checkpoint, only forest vans allowed beyond a point.
● Carry your ID cards for entry
● 10:00 AM – Arrive at Kovai Kutralam Forest Checkpost
○ Buy entry tickets (entry allowed only till 3 PM).
○ Take forest van to the falls (around 15–20 mins).
● 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM – Explore Kovai Kutralam Waterfalls
○ Enjoy the scenic falls, surrounded by Western Ghats.
○ Good for light trekking, photography, and relaxing by the water.
Afternoon:
● 1:00 PM – Return from Falls to Parking
● Eat lunch at local restaurant
3:30 PM – Optional: Visit veligiri temple (since it's nearby)
● Peaceful hill temple dedicated to Lord shiva
● Great view of the forest.
7:00 PM – Dinner
● That’s Y Food, Shree Anandhaas, or Sree Annapoorna (for lighter tiffin meals like dosa, chappathi kurma, kichdi).
8:30 PM – Back to Hotel / Stay & Rest
DAY5-Brookfields mall:
● Wakeup at morning get ready and finish breakfast then book the cab go to mall and have a fine purchase things and eat lunch at the mall.
