PAVILION 9
Hiring Managers and Recruiters are seeking various skillsets and want to know more about how you act in certain situations. They assess these skillsets by asking you, among other questions in the interview, situational questions commonly known as “What Would You Do.” Situational-Based Interview questions require you to describe how you would respond to a hypothetical situation in the future using the skillsets you have today. Interviewers use these questions to predict and assess your future job performance – sometimes called Targeted Selection. Every aviation employer wants to ensure that they hire potential candidates who are able to manage the responsibilities of their position. In this presentation, AscendAbove will teach you a step-by-step process on how to conquer the most rigorous interview questions.
