Kingsbridge Decatur Phase I, an 80-unit development, located at 2649-2661 Decatur Avenue, Bronx, NY 10458 is available for renting, to families with limited income. If more than (1) application is received, it will be dropped to the bottom of the list. Completed applications must be sent by first class mail only to the P.O. Box stated on the application and must be received by June 13, 2023.
