We acknowledge the courage and strength of the many garment workers at Eastman Exports whose organizing and vision informed the agreement and who shared their experiences for this report. We thank all stakeholders who contributed to the achievements discussed here and all those who provided advice and support.

This report is published by the labor stakeholders to the agreement: the Asia Floor Wage Alliance (AFWA), the Tamil Nadu Textile and Common Labour (TTCU), and Global Labor JusticeInternational Labor Rights (GLJ-ILRF). TTCU and AFWA collected the data for this report, with support from Eastman Exports. The data analysis and the report writing were done by the team at AFWA and GLJ-ILRF.
