NEWS SUBMISSION OF THE HYBRID PROJECT MANAGEMENT REPORT
PROFILING DONE AT MAGOD LASERS All the chassis tubes were profiled at Magod Lasers. The base plate and the fixture plates have been laser cut.
CONNECTORS PROCURED FROM MOLEX
Our Hybrid Team has successfully uploaded the Project Management Report on 23rd December, 2014 at 05:27am IST. This report includes the role definition of the embers and also the manufacturing portfolio.
We received the connectors from MOLEX and we are thankful for the same.

VISITS TO THE WORKSHOP
Mr. Irfan Kazi and Mr. Ishrad Kazi visited our workshop on 3rd December, 2014. They interacted with the members of our chassis team and guided us on the manufacturing front.
NDTV PROFIT Reporters from NDTV PROFIT had come to the workshop and the and the recording was telecast on 2nd January, 2015.

Magod lasers, situated at Jigani, Bangalore have supported us with the laser cutting of our chassis fixtures and that of the fixture base plate for the past ten years. We thank them for their support and encouragement because of which we have been able to complete our car on time.

ALUMNI OF THE MONTH NIKHIL JALI Nikhil Jali, a member of Ashwa Racings 2008-2011 batch, graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor[s degree in electronics from R.V. College of Engineering. Going back in time, Nikhil played a crucial role in refining the design of the electronic circuit. Recently, Nikhil supported the procurement activities by bringing in auto components which will be used for the 2015 Hybrid prototype. The team is ever grateful for his support and encouragement.

Nikhil was recruited by Bosch India immediately after his graduation and was employed by the Advanced Engineering Division of Bosch India . It was during his time in Bosch that he spearheaded the development of a Hybrid Formula Student Prototype His goals are to complement a fellow student's learning and help develop the same passion he shares for engineering. Nikhil is currently doing a Master’s program at the University of Purdue in USA. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, Nikhil focuses on Linear Circuit Analysis. PAGE 5
