"Creative solutions for changing times. The approaches of social entrepreneurs to Europe’s most pressing challenges" describes the approaches of 194 social entrepreneurs from 22 European countries to Europe's most crucial social challenges. By analyzing the work of European Ashoka Fellows elected in the last five years, the study details the patterns of innovation highlighted by different approaches, their complementary nature and their relevance for the broader European public agenda.
The study portrays the contributions of social entrepreneurs to migration, unemployment, social inequalities and other topics identified as priorities by Eurobarometers, the European Parliament, the World Economic Forum, and other sources. It also includes the solutions of Ashoka Fellows related to broader social issues such as education, environment, active citizenship, etc.
