Thiscompactfootprintdroveour designtowardsathoughtfullayout acrosstwostories,meticulously integratingessentialamenities whilepreservingasenseof opennessandfunctionality.The elevationdesignemphasizes minimalism,characterizedbyclean linesthatharmonizeseffortlessly withitsenvironment.

Everyaspectofthearchitecture, fromthestrategicplacementof windowstothechoiceofmaterials, contributestoabalanced compositionthatnotonly enhancescurbappealbutalso ensuresacomfortableandinviting interioratmosphere.Thisresidence standsasatestamenttoour commitmenttoblendingmodern designprincipleswithpractical livingsolutions,offeringahome thatisbothstylishandefficiently designedforeverydaylife.

OnJuly17,ourteampresenteda thoughtfullycrafteddesignproposal forthepedestrianplaza.Ourvision aimedtoinvigoratetheareawitha blendoffunctionaldesignelements andaestheticappeal,fosteringa spacethatencouragedcommunity engagementandsocialinteraction.

ThepivotaldaysofAugust14and15 markedthecommencementofthe sitelayoutprocess.Wefacedthe Herculeantaskofmappingoutthe designontothesprawlingcanvas beforeus.Throughmeticulous measurements,stringlines,and referencepoints,webegantopiece togetherthelayoutlikeapuzzle.

Toenhancethe interactivityofthespace, themazeoffersa captivatingandengaging element,encouraging visitorstoexploreand interactwiththe environment,fosteringa senseofintrigueand intellectualstimulation.

Withthelayoutestablished,August 16and17sawustransitionfrom theoreticalplanningtohands-on execution.Armedwithbrushesand paints,wemeticulouslybroughtour designtolifeontheground.We navigatedunforeseenchallenges suchaschangingweatherconditions andtheneedforconstant adjustments.

Thedesignforthiscutting-edgefoodindustry factoryfeaturesasophisticatedelevationin beigeandwhite,complementedbyexpansive glazingthatmaximizesnaturallight.The modernaestheticispairedwithpractical functionality,includingabasementlevel dedicatedtoparkingandessentialamenities. Thisthoughtfullayoutseparatesoperational areasfromemployeefacilities,enhancing workflowandconvenience.Overall,theproject seamlesslyintegratescontemporarydesignwith operationalefficiency,creatingaproductiveand invitingenvironmentforbothstaffandvisitors.

The factory design encompasses three functional levels, with two interconnected blocks linked by a multi-level bridge. The ground oor is dedicated to primary operational areas, including production and processing zones, designed for optimal work ow and e ciency. The second level houses administrative o ces and employee facilities, providing a comfortable and productive environment with easy access to the operational areas below. The top level is reserved for specialized functions, such as research and development or quality control, ensuring these critical activities are conducted in a focused and controlled setting. The bridge connecting the blocks facilitates seamless movement between these distinct areas

OSHO GLIMPSE is a boutique retail bookstore meticulously crafted for Osho’s followers, providing a serene haven for inspiration. The design embraces a modern aesthetic characterized by simplicity and gentle organic curves, mirroring the essence of Osho's teachings. The ambiance is intentionally calm and soothing, utilizing a white color palette to enhance the sense of purity and peace. Soft, diffused lighting further contributes to the warm and inviting atmosphere, encouraging visitors to immerse themselves in Osho’s ideas.

Despite the limited space, OSHO GLIMPSE maximizes functionality and comfort. Low-heighted storage units along either side of the store offer ample storage for books, maintaining a clutterfree environment. The design includes loose seating arrangements that allow visitors to sit and explore Osho’s teachings at their own pace, fostering a sense of ease and relaxation. Additionally, a niche on the paneling serves as a display cabinet, elegantly showcasing selected works. The overall design seamlessly.

Themulti-leveldesignwasthoughtfullyconceivedto offeravariedexperienceateachlevel,withdifferent spafacilitiescateringtotheneedsofvisitors.Every aspectofthedesignwascarefullyhand-sketched, capturingtheintricatedetailsofthebuilding's architectureandtheenvisionedtransformations. Thesehand-drawnsketchesserveasavisualnarrative, showcasingthejourneyfromRalamandal'shistorical rootstoitscontemporaryreinventionasatranquilspa. Theprojectisatestamenttothepowerofdesignin breathingnewlifeintohistoricalspaceswhilehonoring theirlegacy.
