Lots will sell under terms & conditions set forth by the American Angus Association. Payment is due at time of purchase, and if invoiced, within 30 days of the sale date.
PURCHASE LOGISTICS

FINANCIALS
Payment is required within 30 days of sale, and is expected prior to release of genetic material, as well as prior to release & transfer of live cattle to purchaser. Sale management retains the right to runcredit cards utilized to an assigned bidder number after 45 days have passed with no pay. Should you need special arrangements, please solidify those prior to sale day. If no payment has been received within 60 days of sale, consignor retains right to void the transaction, and all repeat “no pay purchasers” will lose bidding rights to these sales. Public auctions are legal platforms coordinating a transaction, all purchasers understand they are legally obligated to the purchases they make – this is a legally binding contract.
