CO-OP FARM

Using Sustainable materials such as glu-laminated timber structures and rammed earth dividing walls, this farm takes inspiration from Luis Barragan and the ergonomics of farm animals to inform the dimensions of the dividing walls while allowing the animals to roam freely on a bio-diverse site.

MOSAIC VILLAGE

Beginning with the three types of modules that will created all the different scenarios, connecting these unique shape that would be pleasurable to live in an previous tower building project seen in Delias mood will be flexible (movable walls)

Circularity exists when a building can have multiple uses and a prolonged lifespan. Refusing to demolish a building and choosing to reuse it before deciding to recycle its materials is more sustainable. With this philosophy we wanted the houses in the village to have a simple but flexible modular grid structure that can be re-purposed in any way and can be extended to make it future proof.

THE ARTISTS COMMUNE

A community formed by extending from existing Georgian style buildings. Each artist with their own home studio space and courtyard with a central exhibition space in between all the personal studios as a central art hub for display and to share and learn new ideas.

COURTYARD HOUSE

With the constraints of a narrow 8 meter wide by 30 meter long site between two existing houses, the brief was to find a way to allow as much natural light as possible into the duplex design.
