The nine-home development is a unique project for Hanover Habitat because it is

much larger than some of the typically smaller projects the organization usually works on. Hanover Habitat built seven new homes and renovated one existing home on the five-acre property. Local builder HHHunt Construction Corporation built the ninth house on the property in a 25-day buildsee USDA, pg. 9

ASHLAND — Rosanne Shalf, president of the Ashland Museum, unveiled plans for the museum’s new exhibit concept, “Ashland Museum Inside Out,” during the Tuesday, Aug. 18, meeting of Ashland Town Council. Some of the biggest challenges the museum faces is that it has many historical assets that it does not tell people

about and its exhibits have limited visibility due to museum hours, according to Shalf. In an effort to combat some of these challenges, Shalf and museum staff came up with the idea for Ashland Museum Inside Out, which would bring exhibits outside of the walls of the museum, making them Meredith Rigsby/The Hanover Local available to community memRoseanne Shalf discussed bers and tourists at all times.
